Jack Gale, 94, of Phoenix, AZ and formerly of Skokie, IL; beloved husband of the late Dorothy; loving father of Linda (Phil) Calderone and Janice (Bernie) Fishman; cherished grandfather of Brian Fishman, Lauren Fishman, Kelly Greene, Ryan (Melissa) Williams, Chris (Kirsten) Calderone, Mark Calderone and the late Jeremy Fishman; adored great grandfather of Jaden and Elliot Greene and Charlie and Caeden Calderone; dear brother of the late Anne Levin and Al and Irv Gale; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many.
